This Push Rod Tool installs the clip in the Harley-Davidson® push rod tube. The flat portion of the Push Rod Tool slips under the cylinder head while the cupped end fits over the bell in the tube. It is then used to compress the spring allowing for easy access to the spring cap retainer.
