This variety pack came together to give our customers access to our large assortment of grommets, bushings, and o-rings. All the items inside the variety pack can be purchased in bulk for custom builds or common repairs. We have found that Repair Shops generally need a wide variety of these parts but could benefit from a bulk order of one specific SKU- please contact wholesale@highflowfuel.com if you are interested in larger quantities. The items we have chosen to include in this variety pack range from the most common sold to the most unique pieces hard to locate through other distributors. Fuel pump outlet grommets (also referred to as outlet seals or outlet o-rings), are crucial in building and maintaining fuel system pressure. Many powersports fuel pump assemblies use outlet seals in between the fuel pump motor and the plastic assembly in order to seal the transition from the fuel pump to the primary fuel line. If the outlet seal has deteriorated, fuel pressure will bleed back into the tank, which can cause a hard starting condition, or reduced engine performance. Rubber grommets are also commonly used as a dampener at the base of the fuel pump motor where it comes into contact with the bottom of the assembly canister or fuel tank. Grommets will fit, but are not limited to: PowerSports KTM, Polaris, Arctic Cat, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha Marine Mercury, Yamaha, Evinrude and Sea-Doo Automotive Any custom build being done for performance or engine swap.
